How it works
Meet the estrobolome.
A set of gut bacteria, sometimes called the estrobolome, helps process estrogen. Lignans from flaxseed are converted by gut bacteria into compounds that work along that same gut-estrogen line.
The Radiant One pairs those lignans with Lactobacillus species studied across the transition, from midlife body composition to the vaginal microbiome.
Does it replace HRT?
No, and it isn’t meant to. Many women use both. Your clinician owns that decision.
What we will and won’t claim
We will say: A 2025 systematic review and meta-analysis of 39 studies and 3,187 women associated probiotics with improved vasomotor and vaginal symptoms during the menopause transition; the authors note the underlying trials carry a high risk of bias, so read it as promising, not proof (PMID 40639456). Those are studies of the strains, not trials of the finished GoodOnes formula. GoodOnes has not run its own randomized controlled trials of the finished formulas.
