We will say: B. animalis subsp. lactis has been studied for body-composition measures in published research, for example a 2016 randomized controlled trial, n = 225 (PMID 27810310). Those are studies of the strains, not trials of the finished GoodOnes formula. GoodOnes has not run its own randomized controlled trials of the finished formulas.
