How it works
Your gut makes most of your serotonin.

What we will and won’t claim
We will say: L. plantarum has been studied for cognitive function and mood subscales in published research, for example a 2023 randomized controlled trial, n = 129 (PMID 37571403). Those are studies of the strains, not trials of the finished GoodOnes formula. GoodOnes has not run its own randomized controlled trials of the finished formulas.
We will not say: that it treats any mood condition, or that you should take it instead of seeing a clinician. Flow is structure-function support for one body system. Individual results vary.
