What we will and won’t claim
We will say: B. animalis subsp. lactis has been studied for exercise-related fatigue in athletes, for example a 2023 randomized controlled trial, n = 51 (PMID 37374905). Those are studies of the strains, not trials of the finished GoodOnes formula. GoodOnes has not run its own randomized controlled trials of the finished formulas.
We will not say: that it heals an injury or treats any joint or muscle condition. The Mighty One is structure-function support for one body system. Individual results vary.
