The GLP One pairs two well-studied species with PHGG, a soluble fiber chosen because it stays thin rather than gelling.
What the evidence covers.
No study has tested these ingredients in people taking a GLP-1 medication. The studies we cite are on the same species in other adults, not on this formula.
What we will and won’t claim
We will say: Bacillus coagulans has been studied for colonic transit time in healthy adults, for example a 2021 randomized controlled trial, n = 80 (PMID 34119240). Those are studies of the strains, not trials of the finished GoodOnes formula. GoodOnes has not run its own randomized controlled trials of the finished formulas.
We will not say: that it treats side effects of your medication or changes how it works. Your prescriber manages your medication. The GLP One is structure-function support for one body system. Individual results vary.
