Ease feeds the base strains with agave inulin and flaxseed and adds a small amount of GABA and ashwagandha root to work with them.
Will it knock me out?
No. There’s no sedative dose in it. It’s built to support winding down, not to put you to sleep.
What we will and won’t claim
We will say: B. longum and L. fermentum have been studied for gut-brain signaling in published research. The citations are listed on the Ease product page. Those are studies of the strains, not trials of the finished GoodOnes formula. GoodOnes has not run its own randomized controlled trials of the finished formulas.
